There was some commentary about how the Top 25 babes of 2012 was "monochromatic." The hard, cold fact of the matter is that what sells well in the United States also happens to bring in millions in foreign sales as well. What does this mean from a culture standpoint? Am I just not as educated as I should be on the women of color from other countries? Are their movies funded by movie production companies and not the government? What are they based on? Who's hot out there (hot, being subjectively taken to mean "popular" in the grand sense of the term) tends to run the same from country to country. The U.S. might have an astronomical debt, but we definitely sell/pimp out our celebrities and lesser than celebrities much better than other countries. So today, I give you Michelle Keegan
," an actress from the long-running British soap opera, "Coronation Street." She's still white, so file her under monochromatic.
I think she's a lovely girl who deserves some attention, so I'm giving it to her. Whenever I find good scanned images, high resolution photoshoots of actresses from other countries, I've always given them my post time. I guess I'm asking those of you who would like to see some other heartbreaking fare from other colors or countries, send me some good image websites to firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll get cracking on that.
