Naomi Watts is doing the impossible: trying to bring back shoulder pads

for some reason, I still think of Naomi Watts as being this young ingenue and do that weird double take when I'm reminded that she's 44-years old. With two kids, a resume that could be tattooed all the way down both Angelina's bony arms and a classiness to her that few possess, it's great that she's still looking so delicious, even if it's in this positively butt ugly dress by Marchesa. I don't pay that close attention to designers until they make something that's supposed to be conservatively tasteful and come up with fluffy shoulder pads which nearly dominate the face of the star wearing the dress. I'm not saying everything needs to be low cut, but come on! This was for the premiere of Watts' latest firm THE IMPOSSIBLE and it was in Madrid, where just a little bit more skin would have been vastly appreciated by all.
