Here's a side of
Olivia Thirlby that we don't often get to see. The actress is best known for some of her indie work in which she's the wise-cracking best friend (JUNO) or the average girl that the guy falls for (SNOW ANGELS) but seeing as how she's featured in the September release of
DREDD (I'm very interested to see how that turns out... not the movie but how it fairs at the box office) and that her other competition for the weekend releases is Jennifer Lawrence in THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE STREET, it's a good bet that Vanity Fair magazine decided to play up Olivia's prettier side for the layout. I like her a lot, personally. She strikes me as one of those stand-outs like Anna Kendrick who can be soft or sharp, no matter what the role.
