Sarah Hyland works the cute at Arts in the Streets

I can understand how you'd think this chick wasn't the 21-years old that she is. Sarah Hyland, from "Modern Family," definitely looks like the teen that she plays on TV. A slight body with a doll-like face and those wide childlike eyes don't help in keeping her from getting carded. Luckily, there are always events for celebs to show up at and not go through the trials of providing proof of age. Sarah was on hand for a new exhibit called "Arts in the Streets" at the MOCA out in Santa Monica, California. The exhibition details the history of how graffiti evolved in the arts. Wonder if she has enough power in her finger for that spray paint can trigger.
