Selena Gomez was in the weekend spotlight for a couple of visits she made to a Los Angeles hospital, complaining of severe headache, dizziness and nausea. With her recent very public romance with teen pop sensation Justin Bieber, it wasn't hard for many to point the finger at a potential Bieber bun in the MONTE CARLO star's womb.
But sources close to Gomez are citing a case of food poisoning and exhaustion as the culprits for her ill state. The show she was supposed to hold on Friday in Santa Monica was rescheduled to this Monday as Selena kicks off a 10 city tour.
