So most of you have probably gotten an eyeful of Nolan's vision of Catwoman in recent weeks. I've heard some mixed opinions on that. Some are cool with it, some have felt the need to raise some ire around various message boards. I think we can all agree that it's certainly new ground for the character, which doesn't have to be all that bad a thing. Of course, there is something to be said for tradition - especially when tradition looks like Sophie Monk does in her admittedly off-the-rack yet nonetheless entirely traditional Catwoman outfit.
It's pretty much understood that what Sophie does best is stand around and be hot, which she accomplishes well in pretty much anything she's wearing. Still, Sophie quite effectively points out many of the pluses the traditional outfit has in its favor. Comparing that to the somewhat less understood potential of the new outfit, I'm going to go ahead and ally myself with the traditional, patent leather variety of cat attire. Call me sentimental.
