After checking out yesterday's post where Leighton Meester showed that she can have some restraint in the oddball fashion department, I figured that there would be someone else to pick up her weirdo slack. But even when I delved into the lesser known actresses, I found nothing but sedate and actually pretty tasteful dresses. Sure, Katy Perry had her customary neon colors on hand (breast?), but everyone else was so... normal. Is this a telling of things to come for 2011?
