TIFF: Whip It

October seems to be the fall's barren wasteland for any genre of movie other than horror, so it might stand to reason that the girls from WHIP IT! could rake in some decent cash at the box office until the latest Jigsaw caper is released. Stars Ellen Page and Drew Barrymore (sporting what I think is quite possibly her ugliest hair style since she was in her ugly duckling teen years) showed up at the Toronto International Film Festival to promote the movie. Perhaps Barrymore was trying to downplay her looks so that Page would look even better in her motherland? Ha... just a thought.
