I've been hearing noting but negative shit about January Jones for some time now, so this is just more debris to throw onto that fire. I find the source to be one of the more reliable ones, even if he's remembered most fondly by the 420 crowd for lighting up on TV.
Zach Galifianakis is busily promoting THE HANGOVER PART II, which means that he's getting asked all sorts of invasive questions from various media sources. Recently cornered by Shortlist and asked if he was aware that Jones had been gushing about how funny he was to anyone who would listen, Zachie G explained that he wasn't fond of her enough to get down with the faux f*ckery. "I wouldn't want to. I'd hate it. I've only had to do a few of those things where you have to kiss and stuff. It's so embarrassing," said the actor.
But because this is the guy who infamously got Mel Gibson fired from the cameo he was supposed to have in this summer's most anticipated R-rated comedy sequel, he expanded with a story about how he first met Jones.
"If I remember correctly, she and I were very rude to each other. It was crazy. I was at a party - I'd never met her - and she was like, 'Come sit down'. So I sit at her table, and [we] talk for ten minutes, and she goes, 'I think it's time for you to leave now'. So I say, 'January, you are an actress in a show and everybody's going to forget about you in a few years, so fucking be nice', and I got up and left. And she thinks that's funny?"
