How's that sound? Sound like a movie? How about repeating the same scenario about 6 or 7 times? The exact same scenario.... over and over again. Is that a movie? Not in my book. It's not even entertaining, as the trio of killers aren't likable, there's actually very little gore (though the whole 'movie' centers on it) and there's no gratuitous nudity. It almost plays like soft-core porn, where the money shot is alluded to, but it doesn't really show you anything at all. There's nothing noteworthy to see here whatsoever. There's not even a real story, or a plot, or development of characters, or anything remotely resembling a script.
There's a few video diary segments thrown in throughout, with each killer telling the 'whys' for what they're doing, but it doesn't add anything to the flick as a whole, and doesn't really explain why they're doing what they're doing. Throw in a caged chick they decided not to kill, plus a few visits to a local palm reader, and what you have is trash, trash, trash. It's not even entertaining trash, it's just straight up boring and pointless trash.
This leads to my conclusion that writer/director Ulli Lommel hates women. I can't think of any other reason why this 'movie' even exists other than he really hates women. So much so that he feels the need to let everyone know it by throwing together a compilation of murders without any real direction or story to move the events along. I get it- you hate women! Good job, you're point came across loud and clear!
Audio: 2.0 Stereo Surround - it didn't really need anything more than this, but 5.1 is always better in my book, regardless.
Bonus Footage: These 'deleted' scenes feature more torture (like sticking a woman's boobs with needles through her shirt), and an alternate opening sequence that shows more stock footage of Juarez. Pointless, but at least it only lasts for about 5 minutes.
Still Gallery: About 10 images from the film that you'd expect to find on it's official website or something.
