What's it about
A girl is seemingly being stalked by a zombie, who breaks into her house.
Is it good movie?
I sort of feel like I suck at reviewing short movies. I mean, whether you love it or hate it, it's only five minutes long. Anyway, this short film is somewhat clever, as it begins with something gurgling outside the house while a girl receives a text warning her that someone wants to eat her brains.
Shortly after this, a zombie busts into her house, and starts biting down on whatever her can, hoping it's a girl filet. All hell is seemingly breaking loose, until the zombie corners the girl in her bedroom and traps her on her bed. From here, there's a comical little twist and the short is over as quickly as it started.
I can't comment on the acting here because everything was so quick, but the heroine was fine and our zombie was appropriately zombie-esque. The makeup looked pretty decent, but the zombie sound effects were really bad. There's no real gore and if you don't really roll with the punchline, you'll quickly dismiss the short.
Video / Audio
As I mentioned before, I have a hard time with these things. This was a somewhat clever little short and it's cool that it was filmed in the original Halloween '78 house. If you get the chance, why not check it out?
