What's it about
"Women's Studies" sucks. There I said it, but let me say it again, "Women's Studies" sucks. If I could actually get away with just saying the flick sucked and not write why it sucked I would, but this is Arrow in the Head and we write reviews so here goes.
Is it good movie?
Mary (Cindy Marie Martin) is a grad student trapped with some of her friends at a women's academy that is home to a cult of man-hating feminist serial killers. Think "The Stepford Wives" set in an all girls school with bad acting, stiff lesbians, a paper-thin plot, and some extremely cheesy gore.
This flick tried very hard to make me hard but never delivered. The flick is full of hotties that almost take their clothes off, but in the end it's all just a tease. There are a few lesbian moments that could have been hot if executed properly, but sadly like the rest of this flick failed to excite me on any level. Before judging me or writing me off as a pervert (your probably right), know that I am a huge fan of half naked girls making out without disrobing. That is, if said girls look like they're enjoying themselves, and the girls in this flick seemed constipated. There is one exception, although she gets killed off relatively quickly. Melisa Breiner-Sanders is a solid actress that carried the flick before getting killed off by a cock-hating Feminazi.
I'd love to say a few more positive things about this flick, but the truth is I was bored as hell. I'm an easy man to please when it comes to horror movies, give me some hot chicks, gore, and a little nudity and I'm in heaven. But the truth is, the only one of those key ingredients that "Women's Studies" provides is the hot chicks.
I'm just a lowly critic, but if the filmmakers would have added a little nudity, spent a little more coin on the gore (or gotten rid of it altogether), found a few actresses that actually like kissing other girls from time to time, and shaved some time off the flick it wouldn't have been that bad.

The flick had potential but never delivered. Watching "Women's Studies" is preferable to peeping C-Span, but only if your drunk, and bad movies make your date horny.
