3 House Clips!

Apr. 7, 2009by: Jared Pacheco
To be honest with you all I'm not too familiar with Robby Henson's HOUSE. The flick hits DVD shelves today and I'm not entirely sure what to expect. Is this a remake of the 1986 classic? Not at all!

You see this new film centers on two couples that find themselves in a fight for survival. Running from a maniac (The Tin Man) bent on killing them, they flee deep into the woods and seek refuge in a house. They soon realize the killer has purposely lured them to this house and that they are now trapped. As they huddle around an old fireplace, a tin can falls through the chimney. Scrawled on its side is a message from the killer, establishing his House Rules. The rules call for their deaths unless they kill at least one of the four. They have less than 12 hours to find a way to survive. At sunrise the game is over and everyone dies if the killer's demands aren't met. What they quickly learn is that the only way out... is in. But going further into this house--where unknown challenges await them--is equally deadly. That sounds pretty badass!

Think HOUSE will be the edge-of-your-seat flick it seems to be? Let's hope so! You can decide for yourself by going out and picking this bad boy up today! To celebrate it's release we've been supplied three clips from the flick that can be found over in our videos section. Or you can just scope them out below and click through to watch them.

HOUSE comes from director Robby Henson with a script by Rob Green based on a novel by Ted Dekker. It stars Michael Madsen, Bill Moseley, and Leslie Easterbrook among lots others. If the clips have you grooving then make sure to check HOUSE out today!

Extra Tidbit: Henson's last directorial effort was THR3E, which is also based on a Dekker novel.
