6-Headed Shark Attack proves it’s a real movie this August

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Heaven help us.

As if The Asylum's 2-HEADED SHARK ATTACK wasn't enough heads and/or sharks, the notorious zero-budget studio then produced way too many sequels, aptly titled 3-HEADED SHARK ATTACK, 4-HEADED SHARK ATTACK, and you guessed it, 5-HEADED SHARK ATTACK.

All of these sequels were released in fairly quick succession, and obviously, the company feels the movie-going public is in desperate need of EVEN MORE sharks and their epically disproportionate heads, as they have just announced the fourth entry in the series. The new entry is called THE SHAPE OF WATER FILLED WITH MULTI-HEADED SHARKS: THE FORCE AWAKENS – just kidding – it's called, duh, 6-HEADED SHARK ATTACK and will be swimming its deformed-ass our way this August.

The fourth entry in the Oscar-winning series is directed by Mark Atkins and stars Brandon Auret and Cord Newman. It centers on the hot-button issue of:

a marriage boot camp on a remote island turns into the ultimate test for survival when a 6-headed shark starts attacking the beach. Trapped with minimal weapons they try to fight off the shark, but quickly discover that no one is safe in the water or on land.

Marriage boot camp. 6-Headed Sharks. Good times? I'm thinking this series may have just… wait for it… jumped the shark. But I guess we'll all have the chance to jump in the water and (easily) out swim this oblong monstrosity once it hits August 28th.

Until then you can check out the film's poster art below. It's glorious and comes with the clever tagline "Don't Mix with the Six!" Because I guess a 6-headed shark eating a boat, 5 humans, and a giant floating letter A is just too subtle for some Redbox shoppers.
