A few new Oldboy stills have arrived; what do they reveal?

Love or hate the idea, you can't deny the fact that a Spike Lee-directed remake of OLDBOY is a damn intriguing proposition. Even more so when you take a peek at the promo images that have been dished out thus far. (Did you dig Sam Jackson's wild look?) We just got our hands on a couple more, which you can see below. What's your take on them? (Check out the octopus! Wonder if he suffers the same fate as his relative does in the original?)

OLDBOY is a provocative, visceral thriller that follows the story of an advertising executive (Josh Brolin) who is abruptly kidnapped and held hostage for 20 years in solitary confinement. When he is inexplicably released, he embarks on an obsessive mission to discover who orchestrated his bizarre and torturous punishment only to find he is still trapped in a web of conspiracy and torment.

Co-starring Elizabeth Olsen and Sharlto Copley, OLDBOY will be released by FilmDistrict on November 27th.
