Abner Pastoll and Sarah Bolger know A Good Woman Is Hard to Find

Fresh off of playing ROAD GAMES with a cast that included genre icon Barbara Crampton, director Abner Pastoll (whose ROAD GAMES had no connection to the 1981 Australian film of the same name) has moved on to a crime thriller titled A GOOD WOMAN IS HARD TO FIND – and he has already chosen his lead actress.

Sarah Bolger, who first caught my attention by playing the disturbing and creepy babysitter EMELIE, has signed on to take the lead in Pastoll's film, and it sounds like it could be a great, emotionally complex role for her.

Written by Ronan Blaney, A GOOD WOMAN IS HARD TO FIND centers on

a recently widowed young mother who will go to any lengths to protect her children as she looks for the truth behind her husband’s murder.

I'm definitely on board to watch Bolger carry a story of revenge.

A GOOD WOMAN IS HARD TO FIND is being produced by Junyoung Jang of February Films and Jean-Yves Roubin of Frakas Productions. The project is expected to start filming by the end of 2017.
