It's been a while since we last heard any word on James Cullen Bressack's PERNICIOUS. It's was over a year ago when we first brought you some gory stills for the horror tale (check those out HERE and HERE), and in the time since we shared those images the film has played several festivals and has garnered a lot of positive buzz.
We've been curious to check this one out ourselves and it looks like we'll get our chance soon enough as The Wrap is reporting that Thailand-based Benetone Films has launched a distribution division and acquired PERNICIOUS, scheduling the film for a theatrical release on June 19 in the US with a same-day VOD release.
