Boll vs Indiana

Last Updated on July 27, 2021

We’ve known that director Uwe Boll is out of his mind, but this… this is just plain crazy. F*cking crazy, when it comes right down to it. In a press release Boll has announced that POSTAL will be released May 23rd… against Steven Speilberg’s INDIANA JONES AND THE KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL!

But wait, it gets better – he actually gives reasons as to why it’s a good idea for him to release POSTAL this way, and in true Boll fashion, it’s on the verge of being ridiculous. Check it out:

On the INDIANA JONES weekend – May 23 – we will go out and destroy INDIANA JONES in the box office! We all know that Harrison Ford is older then my grandpa and his time is up – as Michael Moore would say! It’s also a duel of two directors. Spielberg gets sloppy. We saw that with WAR OF THE WORLDS and also in parts of JAWS, E.T. and MUNICH. My cameo in POSTAL as a Nazi Theme Park Owner easily outdoes Ben Kingsley performance in SCHINDLER’S LIST!

Yup, it’s official: Uwe Boll has lost his mind. Ridiculous. Just f*cking ridiculous. Considering how well IN THE NAME OF THE KING and BLOODRAYNE ended up doing at the box office (two movies with HUGE amounts of star power), thinking POSTAL will outdo INDIANA JONES makes about as much sense as an asshole on your elbow.
