Bong Joon-ho’s Snowpiercer arrives on DVD/Blu-ray in October

If you've been waiting for an original, pulse-pounding, visually stylistic, and ultra-badass cinematic experience then you'll want to hop this train as Bong Joon-ho's SNOWPIERCER is making its way to DVD and Blu-ray this October!

I was a big fan of SNOWPIERCER, which stars Chris Evans, Song Kang Ho, Tilda Swinton, Jamie Bell, Octavia Spencer, Ewen Bremner, John Hurt, and the always incredible Ed Harris, and can't wait to take the ride once again when the film hits Blu-ray on October 21. It's certainly one of the coolest flicks I've seen in a while and I think a lot of you who missed it in theaters earlier this year will dig it. It's definitely an 'outside-of-the-box' kind of flick, which I feel we need more of.

After a failed global-warming experiment, a post-apocalyptic Ice Age has killed off nearly all life on the planet. All that remains of humanity are the lucky few survivors that boarded the Snowpiercer, a train that travels around the globe, powered by a sacred perpetual-motion engine. A class system has evolved aboard the train, fiercely dividing its population—but a revolution is brewing. The lower-class passengers in the tail section stage an uprising, moving car-by-car up toward the front of the train, where the train's creator and absolute authority resides in splendor. But unexpected circumstances lie in wait for humanity’s tenacious survivors…
