This September we will finally see the release of director Corin Hardy's new THE CONJURING spin-off THE NUN starring Demian Bichir and Taissa Farmiga. The trailer is all set to hit these here internets tomorrow, but to prepare you guys for the awesomeness, today we have the film's poster!
You can check out the poster below, which comes to us from our buddies over at Fandango. The poster boasts the film as "The Darkest Chapter in the Conjuring Universe" and lets us know the movie will be terrifying people on the biggest IMAX screens possible.
Producer James Wan wrote THE NUN with Gary Dauberman, (ANNABELLE and ANNABELLE: CREATION) and the story for this one starts when
a young nun at a cloistered abbey in Romania takes her own life, with a priest with a haunted past and a novitiate on the threshold of her final vows sent by the Vatican to investigate. Together they uncover the order’s unholy secret and confront a malevolent force in the form of the same demonic nun from “The Conjuring 2.”
Demian Bichir stars as Father Burke, with Taissa Farmiga as the deceased nun, Bonnie Aarons as the demonic nun, Jonas Bloquet as a villager, Charlotte Hope as Sister Victoria, and Ingrid Bisu as Sister Oana.
