Demons moves to Feb.

Last Updated on July 26, 2021

Fangoria has announced that Adam Gierasch’s NIGHT OF THE DEMONS remake has been bumped from its October 9th release date all the way to FEBRUARY 2010. Bummer! I needs my Diora Baird fix!

The exact day is unknown; I’d say it’s a good bet that it won’t open on Feb. 5th or 12th, as it would be competing against THE CABIN IN THE WOODS and THE WOLFMAN, respectively. In addition, Feb. 26th is when Overture’s THE CRAZIES opens. February’s going to be a busy month for horror, can tell you that much!

Angela Feld is throwing the Halloween party to end all Halloween parties at the infamous Broussard Mansion in New Orleans, where dark events transpired almost a century ago. But when the packed party gets busted by the police, Angela and her friends Maddie, Lily, Suzanne, Colin, Dex and Jason are the only ones left behind. Soon Colin and Angela make a grisly discovery in the basement and inexplicable events start to take place. With the mansion gates mysteriously locked, the seven find themselves trapped for the night…and soon they’re fighting ancient demons for their very souls.

In addition to dear Diora (pictured below), NIGHT OF THE DEMONS stars Shannon Elizabeth, Monica Keena, Bobbi Sue Luther, Tiffany Shepis and Edward Furlong.
