Director/star Jim Klock sets the time to 6:66 P.M.

Fresh from playing the role of Detective Chisolm on the Fox TV series Scream Queens (pictured above), actor Jim Klock is diving right back into the horror genre, starring in and directing 6:66 P.M. for Full Auto Films and Code 3 Films.

Written by Chad Ridgely and Tommy McLaughlin, the film will tell the story of

a reality TV crew’s staged investigation into the paranormal that becomes terrifyingly real. When the house they’re exploring turns out to be haunted by the ghost of a serial killer, each crew member fights to stay alive and — more important — make their reality show a hit at any cost.

Ridgely will co-star in the film with Klock as well. Also in the cast are Autumn Federici (pictured below), Michael Buonomo, and Scott Burkhardt.

The plot sounds interesting, although movies built around reality TV scenarios are hit and miss. The silliness of the title does seem to imply that the movie will have a sense of humor about itself, which would add to the appeal. We'll see how things turn out when 6:66 P.M. is released sometime next year.
