RESIDENT EVIL: DEGENERATION – December 30th
It was only a matter of time that, after three mildly successful feature film adaptations, RESIDENT EVIL would bust out an entry in complete CG and send it straight to DVD. Truth be told, this has me more excited than the movies ever have, because this way, the movie version might be like the video game (i.e., it might be scary!). That said, what’s up with the ‘voice bloodpers’ special feature? Does that strike anyone else as being ridiculously silly?

TRAIL OF A SERIAL KILLER 2 – December 9th
You know it’s a slow week when we pimp a sequel to a movie that we haven’t even heard of in the first place. TRAIL OF A SERIAL KILLER? What the hell is that? Oh, they made a sequel… cool. Truth be told, I want to cal this f*cker TRIAL OF A SERIAL KILLER, because it just screams of being some silly courtroom case, but alas, I’m wrong once again. Is that Jack Kevorkian?

GIRLS IN CHAINS – November 25th
They don’t make exploitation trash like they used to! As soon as I saw this cover, I knew it had to be featured here. Yes, it’s a slow week on the DVD announcements side of things, but holy hell! Stop the presses! GIRLS IN CHAINS??? You’d have to be a slap of cardboard not to get excited about a flick like this! Plus, this is the kind of cover that you’d be proud to have poster size hanging up on your wall–can’t say that’s true for the rest of this lot!

REAPER –November 4th – Because the pilot episode was directed by Kevin Smith!
FASCINATION –October 28th – Because that sickle is f*cking sick!
SLUMBER PARTY SLAUGHTERHOUSE: THE DVD GAME October 28th – Because it features Tiffany Shepis and a slew of other hotties… getting slaughtered! Though I’m still not sure what ‘the DVD game’ is all about.
