Exclusive: Outpost: Black Sun clip!

Nov. 6, 2012by: Ike Oden

Nazi zombies. There aren't two more beautiful words a horror fan can string together. If someone was a Nazi before they were zombified, it gives 'em a little added evil texture after they're zombiefied. Also, it makes dispatching them a bit less emotionally complicated. If you need proof, check out the soldiers of OUTPOST: BLACK SUN battling them in the exclusive clip below!

This is what every morning should start with. Thick British accents, hulking Gestapo ghouls, and blazing automatic weapons all combine to make a horror fan's zombie killing balanced breakfast. OUTPOST: BLACK SUN is Steve Barker's follow-up OUTPOST (which starred Ray Stevenson). The sequel stars Richard Coyle, Clive Russell, Michael Byrne, and Catherine Steadman. The film streets on DVD and Blu-ray today, so if you like what you see order your copy today.

Synopis: The year is 1945, the closing stages of WW2, and a German scientist by the name of Klausener is working on a frightening new technology that has the power to create an immortal Nazi army. Flash forward to present day, and a NATO task force is hurriedly deployed to Eastern Europe, where a sinister enemy appears to be mercilessly killing everything in its path. But this is no ordinary foe. Only Helena, a gutsy investigator on the trail of the notorious war-criminal Klausener, accepts the reality of that they are facing a battalion of Nazi Storm-Troopers, a veritable zombie army on the march. With the help of Wallace, a man who's been chasing Nazi secrets for years, the two of them team up with a Special Forces Unit to venture deep behind enemy lines. Their mission to fight their way back to the source of this evil army and prevent the seemingly inevitable rise of the 4th.

Extra Tidbit: My favorite Gestapo-zombie title is BLOODSUCKING NAZI ZOMBIES. Bad Jess Franco flick, great title and VHS cover art.

Original is one of my fav flicks. Sequel is ass.

Totally didnt understand what the original had going for it and just made a generic story in the same "universe" that not only cheapened the original but was boring as hell.

Hope they make a third somehow and go back to the macho military vs. Nazi Zombies feel the first one had.
