Last week, we shared the news that Vertical Entertainment will be releasing director Stefan Ruzowitzky's pandemic thriller PATIENT ZERO on Digital and VOD August 14th, with a limited theatrical release to follow on September 14th. Now we are proud to feature the EXCLUSIVE unveiling of the film's poster, which can be seen below.
Scripted by Mike Le, PATIENT ZERO stars former Doctor Who star Matt Smith, Natalie Dormer of Game of Thrones, and prolific character actor Stanley Tucci. The story finds
humanity battling intelligent, adrenaline-fueled creatures born from a viral super-strain. After being bitten, human survivor Morgan (Matt Smith) realizes he is asymptomatic and can communicate with the infected, leading the last survivors on a hunt for Patient Zero and a cure.
Agyness Deyn and Clive Standen are also in the cast.
The film was produced by Vincent Newman, with Glenn S. Gainor and Steve Norris serving as executive producers.
A zombie movie with this cast is definitely something I have to see. If you feel the same, it's time to start preparing for the imminent arrival of PATIENT ZERO.
