A full two and a half minute long trailer has been released for El Rey Network's upcoming "From Dusk Till Dawn" series and it finally gives us a look at what it has in store. What I like about the idea of the series is that it will be expanding the world of Robert Rodriguez's 1996 classic and so far it doesn't look half bad! The trailer also gives us a good long look at our new Gecko Brothers who are played by D.J. Cotrona and Zane Holtz.

Go ahead and take a peek at the trailer below to see for yourselves!

Based on the thrill-ride film, the supernatural crime saga is centered around bank robber Seth Gecko (Cotrona) and his violent, unpredictable brother, Richard “Richie” Gecko (Holtz), who are wanted by the FBI and Texas Rangers Earl McGraw (Don Johnson) and Freddie Gonzalez (Jesse Garcia) after a bank heist leaves several people dead.

"From Dusk Till Dawn" also stars Jesse Garcia, Don Johnson, Robert Patrick, Jake Busey, Madison Davenport and Brandon Soo Hoo. The series, created and executive produced by network Founder and Chairman, filmmaker Robert Rodriguez, will premiere on El Rey Network, Tuesday, March 11th at 9pm ET/PT.

Extra Tidbit: Tell us what you thought of the trailer! Will you be watching the show?

All right, huge fan of the first movie, I even thought the 3rd one was a pretty good time for what it was (a STDVD western/vampires prequel starring Temuera Morrison and Michael Parks). This second trailer looks promising, I'll watching this for sure. Though I'm still on the fence about DJ Cotrona's Seth interpretation, doesn't feel bad ass enough, too young, not enough charisma, I could be wrong... We'll see.

What's the point of this? it looks like a remake with lots of story that doesn't matter.
