Four new posters conjured up for American Horror Story: Coven

FX has released four new posters for “American Horror Story: Coven” via their Facebook page, and you can find them all right here. All are rather cool, but the floating pin-chick is tops. (Remind anyone else of Takashi Miike’s “Imprint”?)

A young girl, Zoe, is shattered to discover she possesses a strange genetic affliction tracing back to the dark days of Salem. Zoe is whisked away to Miss Robichaux’s Academy for Exceptional Young Ladies, a mysterious school in New Orleans devoted to safeguarding the few remaining descendants who share this unique bloodline. Harboring a secret agenda, Fiona Goode, the most powerful witch of their generation, returns to town, reigniting old rivalries with the Coven’s deadly enemies, the Voodoo.

“American Horror Story” returns to FX on October 9th; it features a powerhouse cast including Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Angela Bassett, Patti LuPone, Christine Ebersole,Leslie Jordan, Gabourey Sidibe, Denis O’Hare, Alexandra Breckinridge, Lily Rabe, Frances Conroy, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters and Danny Huston.
