John Dies At The End gets a new (and awesome) official trailer!

Here’s the fantastically trippy trailer for Don Coscarelli’s indescribable JOHN DIES AT THE END, which presents us with a flurry of wild, freaky, creepy and hilarious images – so many that it’s hard to believe they’re all living in the same movie.

Film looks to be straight-up bonkers, but in a smart, clever way. It’s no wonder it did the respectable festival circuit (Sundance, Toronto, SXSW) this past year. Only a few months to go before the rest of us and drink it up…

In JOHN DIES AT THE END, it’s all about the Soy Sauce, a drug that promises an out-of-body
experience with each hit. Users drift across time and dimensions. But some who come back are no longer human. Suddenly a silent otherworldly invasion is underway, and mankind needs a hero. What it gets instead is John (Rob Mayes) and David (Chase Williamson), a pair of college dropouts who can barely hold down jobs. Can these two stop the oncoming horror in time to save humanity? No. No, they can’t.

Magnet Releasing will release JOHN DIES AT THE END, which also stars Paul Giamatti, Clancy Brown, Glynn Turman and Paul Giamatti, through Magnet On-Demand December 27, 2012 and in theaters January 25, 2013.
