Three weeks after Keri Russell (below) was confirmed to play the lead in DARK SKIES, Scott Stewart’s new supernatural chiller, word is Josh Hamilton (seen right) is now in line to play the male lead. Not sure about you, but I like the hire much more than Daniel Barrett, who was once thought to have been considered for the primary part.
With Dimension distributing the Blumhouse/Alliance Films production:
Dark Skies is a psychological thriller about a suburban couple whose lives become a nightmare when a terrifying alien presence enters their home each night to prey upon their children. Increasingly isolated from skeptical friends and neighbors, the couple is forced to take matters into their own hands to save their family.
DARK SKIES enters production this summer.
