Kate Beckinsale is pensive in final Underworld: Blood Wars poster

UNDERWORLD: BLOOD WARS comes out in ten days, if you can believe that. The New Year is almost upon us and with it comes the final official poster for the film. It's another snow-flecked poster showing Kate Beckinsale in a thoughtful pose. Consistently, I've found the posters for this film to be much more visually appealing than the trailers, and I hope this kind of bright, clean aesthetic comes into play at any point in the actual film. In UNDERWORLD: BLOOD WARS:

Vampire death dealer Selene (Kate Beckinsale) fights to end the eternal war between the Lycan clan and the Vampire faction that betrayed her. 

BLOOD WARS also stars Theo James as Selen's ally David, Tobias Menzies as the leader of the Lycans, Bradley James as a villain, Clementine Nicholson as a Nordic warrior, Lara Pulver as a fiercely ambitious vampire, Charles Dance as Covenmaster Thomas, and James Faulkner, Peter Andersson, and Daisy Head in unspecified roles.

BLOOD WARS is scheduled to hit theaters on January 6, 2017.
