The 'No Vacancy' sign is close to being switched on as "Bates Motel" is filling up quickly.
Over the past couple of months we've heard of some really interesting casting for the second season of A&E's hit series "Bates Motel", with Michael Vartan, Michael Ecklund, Rebecca Creskoff, Paloma Kwiatkowski and Kenny Johnson all recently joining the cast. Now TVLine is reporting that yet another actress has made reservations at "Bates Motel", with Kathleen Robertson joining the Season 2 cast as Jodi, a smart, sexy businesswoman and artist who’s described as being as hard-charging as she is successful.
Robertson recently took a gig on THE VATICAN TAPES, shooting under the direction of Mark Neveldine.
While it’s not yet clear how exactly Robertson’s character will play into the world of Norma and Norman Bates, one thing is certain: Jodi’s a natural born leader who gets what she wants - personally and professionally - and she’s not afraid to use her arsenal of brains, charm and creativity to make things happen.
Production on the 10-episode second season of "Bates Motel" got underway late last month; the show returns in 2014. In the meantime, you can pre-order the amazing first season on DVD HERE or scoop it up on Blu-Ray HERE.
