As you probably know, Kevin Smith is directing a horror-comedy about a man who is transformed into a walrus called TUSK. While I'm not necessarily the biggest fan of Smith's body of work, this is an irresistible premise. Today the director shared the first image from the set, which you can see below.
Alright, alright, so it's not exactly exciting. That would be Smith flanked by Haley Joel Osment and Genesis Rodriguez, who happens to be wearing a walrus costume! Guess it's a little too early to sneak a peek at the real thing - after all, as Smith notes on his Twitter page, the film is only eight days into production. (He also notes that 20 minutes of the movie has already been edited.)
In addition to Osment and Rodriguez, TUSK stars Justin Long, Michael Parks and Ralph Garman. The bizarre picture is schedules for a 2014 release. Here's the synopsis:
When his best friend and podcast co-host goes missing in the backwoods of Canada, a young guy joins forces with his friend's girlfriend to search for him.
