Today is the day when director Kasra Farahani's thriller THE GOOD NEIGHBOR reaches theatres and VOD, and to coincide with its release we have a few clips to share that offer a glimpse at its characters and some of the ill-advised actions they get up to.

Formerly known as THE WAITING, the film stars James Caan, Keir Gilchrist, Logan Miller, Edwin Hodge, Laura Innes, and Mindy Sterling. Written by Mark Bianculli and Jeff Richard, the story centers on

a pair of mischievous high school kids (Gilchrist and Miller) who create the illusion of a haunting on an unsuspecting neighbor (Caan). While keeping his every reaction under surveillance, they see much more than they bargained for.

Adding up to under six minutes, these clips don't give all that much away. Two of them are excerpts from scenes involving the fake haunting, while the third shows that Gilchrist's character is starting to develop some worries about what they're doing. I have a feeling that he is right to be concerned about messing with Caan.

I will definitely be checking THE GOOD NEIGHBOR out as soon as possible. How does it look to you?
