Anchor Bay Entertainment Canada and Raven Banner Entertainment are set to release Rue Morgue magazine publisher turned filmmaker Rodrigo Gudino’s spooky first feature THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ROSALIND LEIGH in 2013.

The Last Will And Testament Of Rosalind Leigh tells the story of Leon (Aaron Poole), an antiques collector who inherits a house from his estranged mother Rosalind (Vanessa Redgrave) only to discover that she had been living in a shrine devoted to a mysterious cult of angels. As night falls, Leon comes to suspect that his mother’s oppressive spirit still lingers within her home and is using items in the house to contact him with an urgent message.

“The Last Will and Testament of Rosalind Leigh is a beautifully crafted, stylish and thought provoking horror film. Rodrigo Gudino and Marco Pecota are a team to watch, and we are thrilled to be supporting them on their flagship release” said Rob Herholz, General Manager of Anchor Bay Entertainment Canada. Managing Partner of Raven Banner, Michael Paszt said “We have long been fans of Rodrigo Gudino. His unique vision and attention to the craft of filmmaking, makes himstand out from the rest of the pack. We are very pleased to be part of this amazing film.”

No word on when exactly this will get released, nor if the U.S. will see it at the same time Canada does.
