THE LAST EXORCISM PART II director Ed Gass-Donnelly's psychological thriller LAVENDER was one of the first films I ever wrote an article about here on Arrow in the Head, and now I – along with the rest of the U.S. audience – will be getting my chance to see the film just under two years after that article was posted.

Samuel Goldwyn Films and AMBI Group are teaming up for LAVENDER's domestic release. First up is a release exclusive to DISH on February 3rd, with a theatrical and wider VOD release to follow on March 3rd.

Scripted by Gass-Donnelly and Colin Frizzell, LAVENDER stars Abbie Cornish as

a woman must return to her childhood home in order to remember the grisly family massacre that took place there, of which she was the sole survivor. The ghosts of her family force her to remember what really happened the night of their deaths.

Justin Long plays the woman's psychiatrist, with Diego Klattenhoff as her husband and Dermot Mulroney as her uncle.

Our own Jake Dee got to see LAVENDER a few months ago and gave the film a 6/10 review.
