I know you are all excited for the amazing looking LEPRECHAUNíS REVENGE starring Billy Zane! Now it isnít related to the infamous franchise but it stars Billy freakiní Zane, so how could you not want to check this out?

The film has scored itself a trailer, which you can check out below. LEPRECHAUNíS REVENGE will make its debut on the SyFy channel on St. Patrickís Day (when else really?) on March 17th. A perfect way to end your day of drinking Iíd say!

Sixty-six years ago, the town of Irish Channel in Louisiana was the site of a horrible massacre on St. Patrickís Day. Some blame a terrible storm that blew through the town, but those that were there donít speak of the truth. Due to petty superstitions, St. Patrickís Day festivities were banned for the last 66 years, but now, the new Mayor wants to tempt fate and celebrate.

The film along with the Zane stars William Devane, Kelly Washington, Courtney Halverson with Kevin Mangold as the leprechaun.

Extra Tidbit: LEPRECHAUN'S REVENGE was directed by Drew Daywait and written by Anthony C. Ferrante.

Interesting as this looks, it appears to suffer from a severe lack of Warwick Davis.

I have planned to watch Leprechaun's Revenge, and I still do after watching the trailer. However, it is too bad the trailer has a potentially huge spoiler, albeit delivered with a good line.
Louisiana must offer some decent tax credits to film-makers. This Irish tale occurs there as do horror tales Hatchet I and II, Creature, and Swamp Shark (also from SyFy).
