Well folks Matt Reeves' LET ME IN is only a few weeks away and early reviews have this thing kicking all kinds of ass! Don't believe me? Check out Chris Bumbray's glowing review right over HERE! And he's not the only one either... Everywhere I look I'm seeing LET ME IN score nearly perfect scores. Bet nobody saw that coming, huh?
To celebrate this onslaught of positive reviews Overture Films have unleashed a load of new stills from the film for your viewing pleasure. And when I say a load... I mean a sh*tload! Over 30 new stills have found their way onto this here page! As with any large stills update most of these new pictures are actually pretty boring but there are a few gems thrown in there. All of the new shots can be found above and below so get scrolling!
We've also rounded up a mess of clips from the film for you guys to check out! Now most of these clips we've told you about at one point or another but to make it easier for everyone I've grouped that shite together and tossed them up below. Or if you're feeling froggy you can jump on over to our videos section to check that shite out!
Twelve-year old Owen is viciously bullied by his classmates and neglected by his divorcing parents. Achingly lonely, Owen spends his days plotting revenge on his middle school tormentors and his evenings spying on the other inhabitants of his apartment complex. His only friend is his new neighbor Abby, an eerily self-possessed young girl who lives next door with her silent father. A frail, troubled child about Owens’s age, Abby emerges from her heavily curtained apartment only at night and always barefoot, seemingly immune to the bitter winter elements. Recognizing a fellow outcast, Owen opens up to her and before long, the two have formed a unique bond.
When a string of grisly murders puts the town on high alert, Abby’s father disappears, and the terrified girl is left to fend for herself. Still, she repeatedly rebuffs Owen’s efforts to help her and her increasingly bizarre behavior leads the imaginative Owen to suspect she’s hiding an unthinkable secret.
LET ME IN stars Kodi Smit-McPhee, Chloe Moretz, Richard Jenkins, Elias Koteas, Cara Buono and Sasha Barrese (below). Considering today's insanely large LET ME IN update I don't think we'll be seeing much more from the film as we near it's October 1st release date. As always though if something does pop up we'll be sure to share it with all of you!
