Writer/producer/director Harley Wallen has landed a couple familiar genre stars for his new project AGRAMON'S GATE, which will tell the story of

Richie, a young man with a dark past coming to pull him back in.  At the age of 12 he shot and killed his father to protect his mother who was being assaulted by his deeply troubled dad.

Richie has just bought a house, gotten married and at the housewarming party along with a psychic medium something else comes through. Is it Carter, Richie's father? Has Carter come back to settle the score? Or is it Sharon, his mother who’s been at a mental institution ever since? Or is it a spirit or a demon and if so, what can they do to combat it?

Kris Reilly is on board to play Richie, with Calhoun Koenig playing the titular Agramon. Wallen will also be stepping in front of the camera to play a character named Zeb.

Joining them in the cast are Laurene Landon of William Lustig's MANIAC COP and Yan Birch of Wes Craven's THE PEOPLE UNDER THE STAIRS, who will be filling the roles of Richie's institutionalized mother and his abusive father. It sounds like we'll get to watch these two genre regulars have a pretty intense confrontation at some point in the film, that should be interesting to see.
