Matchbox Pictures Kingdom Come begins production

Matchbox Pictures, the production company behind the supernatural horror flick DEVIL SEED (which we last told you about HERE), has begun production on their latest genre offering titled KINGDOM COME and we have the deets for you below.

Directed by Greg A. Sager from a script by Sager, Geoff Hart and Rob McCallum, KINGDOM COME concerns...

a group of strangers wake up in an abandoned hospital to find themselves stalked by a supernatural force with sinister intentions. As they begin to question the coincidences that link their pasts they soon realize the decisions they make will seal their fate forever.

Filming on KINGDOM COME has begun in a million square-foot location in the Southwestern Ontario area with the shoot scheduled to last for 30 days.

Ryan Barrett (Neverlost) and Camille Hollett-French (Making ‘The Domino Effect’) will be playing the lead roles of Sam Becker and Jessica Martin, with Jason Martorino (Angela’s Eyes), Soroush Saeidi (Curious and Unusual Deaths), Jo Jo Karume, Chelsey Marie, William Foley, and Katie Uhlmann filling out the cast.

Devil Seed was not a good movie. It was not terrible. However, I was disappointed. The action was too tame, and the cliches were too lame. Kingdom Come does not have one returning Devil Seed cast member. And, that exclusion might help the project. I could not especially stand the two lead actresses. Hopefully, Kingdom Come is a better movie.
