Neveldine & Taylor tease Ghost Rider: Spririt of Vengeance footage at Comic-Con

So are you stoked for GHOST RIDER: SPIRIT OF VENGEANCE? I know it’s hard to get excited for this one after the monstrosity that was the original… but let’s have a little faith huh? If early buzz is to be believed this thing is going to be pretty damn vicious. Let’s hope that is indeed the case!

It seems we’re going to get a taste of the viciousness earlier than we expected too! Directors Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor recently decided to drop a little teaser onto their official Twitter page. Check it:

Nice! Simple enough and to the point – GHOST RIDER: SPIRIT OF VENGEANCE will be at Comic-Con! … Well of course it will. It’s based on a comic book… But alas this is some pretty awesome news, right? Let’s just hope the footage to be shown is worth hyping up. Fingers crossed!

It has been several years since making a deal with the Devil and Johnny Blaze, living in self-imposed isolation, finds himself as the only person who can help save 10-year-old Danny – and ultimately the world – thanks to his unwanted and uncontrollable power – his ability to transform into the hell-on-wheels monster known as The Ghost Rider.

Nicolas Cage is set to return as the demonic biker with Johnny Whitworth, Ciaran Hinds, Violante Placido (below) and Idris Elba also set to star.
