New clips & UK trailer for Craig Gillespie’s Fright Night gives us more footage

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

In just a few more weeks Craig Gillespie will be unleashing his FRIGHT NIGHT remake on the world and I have a feeling the thing is actually going to do pretty damn good…

Don’t get me wrong, as a die-hard fan of the original I’m still not sold on this thing, but I find a lot of people have been converting over lately the more and more goods we see from the vampire romp. Not only that, but the flick is marketed pretty solidly to a new audience that isn’t aware of the original film. Could FRIGHT NIGHT actually end up being pretty good? … Nahhh.

Seriously though, I wouldn’t be surprised if this thing ends up being halfway decent… but enough rambling, let’s get to today’s treats! I recently stumbled upon a UK trailer for FRIGHT NIGHT that was just oozing with new footage, so I decided to rush right on over here to show you guys! On my way I actually found a couple new clips from the flick to go along with the UK trailer in sort of a packaged deal, so you guys luck out!

The clips offer up some Anton Yelchin teamwork going on. In one clip, which can be found below and over in our videos section, Yelchin’s ‘Charlie’ is chatting about the possibility of his neighbor being a vampire with ‘Evil’ Ed, played by Christopher Mintz-Plasse. In the other clip we have ‘Charlie’ teaming up yet again, this time with magician ‘Peter Vincent’! Which of course is played by David Tennant. That clip can be found below or over at Yahoo! along with an HD version. As for the UK Trailer, well that can be found directly below as well or over in our videos section. So get watching and enjoy!

Senior Charlie Brewster finally has it all – he’s running with the popular crowd and dating the hottest girl in high school. In fact, he’s so cool he’s even dissing his best friend Ed. But trouble arrives when an intriguing stranger Jerry moves in next door. He seems like a great guy at first, but there’s something not quite right – and everyone, including Charlie’s mom, doesn’t notice. After witnessing some very unusual activity, Charlie comes to an unmistakable conclusion: Jerry is a vampire preying on his neighborhood. Unable to convince anyone that he’s telling the truth, Charlie has to find a way to get rid of the monster himself.

Along with Yelchin, Mintz-Plasse and Tennant the flick also stars Imogen Poots, Toni Collette, Sandra Vergara (below) and Colin Farrell. FRIGHT NIGHT bares its fangs on August 19th.
