New Frankenweenie trailer comes to life

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

Tim Burton’s latest ‘back-to-the-roots’ stop-motion FRANKENWEENIE still has a couple of months to go before its October release, but fortunately we’ve dug up a fresh trailer to ease the wait. Scope it out below.

The stop-motion animated film is a heartwarming tale about a boy and his dog. After unexpectedly losing his beloved dog Sparky, young Victor harnesses the power of science to bring his best friend back to life—with just a few minor adjustments. He tries to hide his home-sewn creation, but when Sparky gets out, Victor’s fellow students, teachers and the entire town all learn that getting a new “leash on life” can be monstrous.

FRANKENWEENIE is reanimated on October 5th, featuring the voices of Winona Ryder, Martin Short, Catherine O’Hara, Martin Landau, Charlie Tahan, Atticus Shaffer, Robert Capron and Conchata Ferrell.
