New graph shows most popular horror movies by state w/ shocking answers

We've all seen graphs like this before. Ones that break down any given topic to the individual states of North America to showcase the top pick per location. One of my favorites was THIS one.

But today's map is something very interesting.

CableTV.com "took the IGN list of the top twenty-five horror movies and used Google Trends data to see which films captured the attention of which states" and the answers (in some states) are pretty shocking.

Most shocking is – HOLY SH*T! THAT MANY PEOPLE LOVE THE F*CKING RING?

My home state (Florida) picked SCREAM as the top fright flick and I can't say I disagree. However, I thought SCREAM was just my personal pick for the "best" horror movie ever. I can't believe my whole state agreed. 

NOTE: Not that I don't love flicks like TCM, JAWS, SUSPIRIA, ROSEMARY'S BABY, RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD, etc. as much as the next guy, but SCREAM is just, again, my personal favorite.
