George Miller's MAD MAX: FURY ROAD is easily my most anticipated film of the summer, if not the whole year. There isn't a doubt in my mind that Miller is going to deliver a film unlike anything we've witnessed before. Judging only from the trailers and images we've seen so far, I'm certain we're in for one hell of an insane thrill ride with this one.
Today we have a new international trailer for MAD MAX: FURY ROAD. This one comes from Japan and is more or less a condensed version of the theatrical trailer that we shared with you earlier, but who cares? It's still incredibly badass!
Official synopsis:
Haunted by his turbulent past, Mad Max believes the best way to survive is to wander alone. Nevertheless, he becomes swept up with a group fleeing across the Wasteland in a War Rig driven by an elite Imperator, Furiosa. They are escaping a Citadel tyrannized by the Immortan Joe, from whom something irreplaceable has been taken. Enraged, the Warlord marshals all his gangs and pursues the rebels ruthlessly in the high-octane Road War that follows.
MAD MAX: FURY ROAD stars Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron, Hugh Keays-Byrne, Zoë Kravitz, Riley Keough, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Abbey Lee, Courtney Eaton and Nicholas Hoult. It opens May 15, 2015. It will own us all.
