New poster for horror/comedy Strippers vs. Werewolves, due out this winter

Jun. 23, 2011by: Alex DiVincenzo

STRIPPERS VS. WEREWOLVES recently wrapped production over in London, and the folks at Black & Blue Films have released a new quad poster. Pictured above, it's a vast improvement over the previous teaser art we've seen for the flick. It also says that we'll see the movie this winter.

The picture is directed by Jonathan Glendenning and written by Pat Higgins. It stars Robert Englund, Barbara Nedeljakova (below), Sarah Douglas, Adele Silva, Lucy Pinder, Ali Bastian, Steven Berkoff, Nick Nevern, Danica Thrall, Simon Phillips, Alan Ford, Billy Murray and Joe Egan.

When werewolf chief Jack Ferris is accidentally killed in a strip club, the girls who work there have until the next full moon before his bloodthirsty wolfpack seek murderous retribution.

Extra Tidbit: Can you believe Robert Englund is in this one after already doing ZOMBIE STRIPPERS? I suspect the next poster will feature his likeness.

I spoke to Englund about this

At a convention recently. He said he was spending some time over here (UK) doing Strippers Vs Werewolves, he then sadly went on to say that it was like "Shaun of the Dead"..but with Wolves. Something we can hope for, but very much doubt.

However he did also go on to talk about the script for a second Behind The Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon, that is finished and he adored. From what he told me about it, it genuinely sounds worth looking forward to, if they can scrape the funding.
