New trailer for Chris Sun’s Aussie slasher Charlie’s Farm, with Kane Hodder

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

In November of last year we learned that DADDY'S LITTLE GIRL director Chris Sun was set to helm the Aussie slasher CHARLIE'S FARM and that he had enlisted horror heavyweights Kane Hodder and Bill Moseley to co-star alongside SHARKNADO's Tara Reid and MAD MAX: FURY ROAD's Nathan Miller. In May we brought you a very impressive teaser trailer for the flick which sold me on wanting to check this nasty looking slasher out, and today we've got the full theatrical trailer for the film that does a very solid job of convincing me that this will be a film to watch for when it finally releases. This trailer has got the goods! Dig it below.

In an effort to do something different, four friends head into Australia’s outback to explore Charlie’s Farm, the site where a violent family met their end at the hands of an angry mob. Despite all warnings, they persist in their horror-seeking adventure.Once there, the four friends meet other transients and find Charlie’s Farm to be anything but horror inspiring. They are unaware that they are being watched. While exploring the property to prove the myth, they encounter Charlie, who shows them that some legends never die.

I think we've got franchise potential with CHARLIE'S FARM as Nathan Jones' titular baddie is one menacing psychopath who looks to carve out a name for himself in the slasher genre. Between this trailer and Greg McLean's WOLF CREEK films I've come to the conclusion that I'm gonna stay the hell out of Australia.
