Peter Jackson interviews Edgar Wright about The World’s End; 3 new clips from the film

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

We've already seen some cool trailers and a couple of featurettes on Edgar Wright's upcoming genre-crossing comedy THE WORLD'S END, and earlier this week we shared the pretty nifty Comic-Con poster for the flick with you, but today we hit the jackpot as we have three new clips to share along with a very cool interview with Wright and stars Simon Pegg and Nick Frost conducted by none other than the great Peter Jackson!

“20 years after attempting an epic pub crawl, five childhood friends reunite when one of them becomes hell bent on trying the drinking marathon again. They are convinced to stage an encore by mate Gary King, a 40-year old man trapped at the cigarette end of his teens, who drags his reluctant pals to their home town and once again attempts to reach the fabled pub, The World’s End. As they attempt to reconcile the past and present, they realize the real struggle is for the future, not just theirs but humankind’s. Reaching The World’s End is the least of their worries.“

First up is the insightful and, at times, very funny interview with THE WORLD'S END director and stars, conducted by Peter Jackson right after the Wellington premiere of the film.

Below you will find three new clips from THE WORLD'S END, which hits theaters August 23rd.
