Prepare for post-apocalyptic terror at Daylight’s End

Around these parts we love a little action mixed with our horror, and that's why the next film from action-helmer William Kaufman (SINNERS AND SAINTS, ONE IN THE CHAMBER) sounds like it'll be right up our alley. I'm talking about DAYLIGHT'S END, a new post-apocalyptic zombie thriller that begins filming next month in Texas.

The flick is set to star Johnny Strong (BLACK HAWK DOWN), Anderson Silva (UFC Champion), Krzysztof Soszynski (HERE COMES THE BOOM), Chelsea Edmundson, Louis Mandylor (SINNERS AND SAINTS), Gary Cairns (THE NIGHT VISITOR) and Mark Hanson (RED, WHITE AND BLUE) and has the following description:

Years after a mysterious plague has devastated the planet and turned most of humanity into blood-hungry creatures, a rogue drifter on a vengeful hunt stumbles across a band of survivors in an abandoned police station and reluctantly agrees to help them defend themselves and escape to the sanctuary they so desperately need.

Sounds fun to me!
