“It’s Die Hard-in-a-room,” says WRONG TURN 2 director, Joe Lynch, of his latest Christmas-set thriller EVERLY. I literally can’t think of anything that sounds cooler than Salma Hayek being forced to kill her way out of a small room of assassins. So, if you and I are on the same page then you'll be happy to know that EVERLY's release date is just around the corner. First hitting iTunes and VOD on January 23rd, EVERLY will then see a limited theatrical release on February 27th. Bring it on!

Despite just missing out on the Holidays, Lynch has released a music video that he directed as a little treat to fans. The song is part of the film's soundtrack and is a new take on “Silent Night”, performed by singer Raya Yarbrough and arranged by longtime Lynch collaborator Bear McCreary. Check it out below!

EVERLY centers on a down-on-her-luck woman (Hayek) who is forced to fend off waves of assassins sent by her ex, a dangerous mob boss, while trying to save her estranged mother and daughter.

EVERLY co-stars Togo Igawa (LAST SAMURAI; MEMOIRS OF A GEISHA), Masashi Fujimoto (SYMPATHY FOR MR. VENGEANCE) and Hiroyuki Watanabe. The script is by Yale Hannon based on a story by Hannon and Lynch.
