Rutger Hauer, Christian Slater and Peter Facinelli to go the Way of the Wicked

WAY OF THE WICKED, the new feature from director Kevin Carraway (SEVEN BELOW, THE FEAR CHAMBER) isn’t even in production yet, but it already managed to attract some impressive talent. As MovieHole found out, Rutger Hauer (THE HITCHER), Christian Slater (INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE) and Peter Facinelli (TWILIGHT) are all set to star in the film, penned by Lawrence Salva.

The story is to center on a detective (Facinelli), on the trail of a murderer, who is led to believe that a local teenager, harboring some sort of strange supernatural power, may be involved. Slater plays the man’s disbelieving boss, while Hauer plays a man-of-the-cloth who aids the cop on his mission.

Seeing Hauer on the screen should be a blast as always, especially considering the fact that it won’t be the first time he played a clergyman. We’ll surely find out more as the production moves forward.
